went dbl O with john and his brothers around 10+ or so.first cabbed over to pick up lip and yh then followed by john at yishun and straight down to mohamad sultan's dbl O.
eh,first time coming to dbl O.that feeling is different from zouk/phuture.idk how to say la.
john said dbl O is cheaper and fun.well,the entrance fee is really cheap lor,15$! phuture is twenty over lor.o.O

longyun and others were playing pool when we arrived.tsktsk.longyun always say "i quit i quit" to smoking but then i saw him smoking whole stick leh.not only one stick.:/
i asked "eh 你不是 quit 了咯？" and this kuku replied "ya Last Last stick!" lol.真是败给你了！

dbl O bar 很热闹。we stood by the bar table(or what is it called?),and ordered jugs of alcohol.

drank a little of ribena with vodka.not so strong,good.(: john recommended flaming lamboghini,so ly ordered 2,one for me one for him.while the flame was set onto the drink,ly said i must quickly finish it.so i really did suck as fast as i could.lol.soon i felt hot,but still alright.minutes later,there was some miscommunication or something and we got another 2 lambos.omg,idk if i can drink another round of it.anyway i drank it.

the bar starts to get crowded,and people keep walking thru,so i stay by the bartable.they were having fun dancing,haha.i don't dare to move la i scared people push me and i fall.-.-
forgotten who pulled me in to join in the fun,i nearly lost my balance.吓死我了！some guy whom i don't know asked me "your friend arh" pointing to evelynn and dorene.i said "ya",i think he's evelynn's friend ba.after that i turn and move back to the bartable,making sure i don't get pushed.butbut,that guy came into my sight again la.how come sia.he hold my hand and ask "want to go upstairs?".-.- i said no don't want but he still holding lor.then evelynn or who came in between and separate me from the guy.thank god.so nice of her.heh.

the breed was Great Pyrenees.

ha.it's the first time i ever heard of this breed lo.and this kind of breed,the dogs are rather huge.but no matter how big they grow into,their face still so blur.lol.

actually before i find out bout the Great Pyrenees,i surfed through the net for other dogs and chanced upon this particular breed which looks so much like the Great Pyrenees!and i thought it was the dog i'm looking for.till today i realised i'm wrong wrong wrong...

this was the dog which i thought was the Great Pyrenees.the actual breed of it was Japanese Spitz.haha.so white and fluffy uh!erm to be honest,it looks cuter than the Great Pyrenees,doesn't it?japanese spitz also have that very blur and innocent look lo.(:

only started work for two consecutive days and i'm shagged.i'm back to those days of dozing off while standing in train.-.- reluctant to work but i gotta push myself to work cuz i've got no choice!sigh.i'm to blame for it.actually working wasn't that bad la,just that i hate to answer calls.seriously,from last time till now......i'm still hating it.):

just yesterday i gotten a call from a nasty woman.she's so sickening can.despite my explanations to her that she has to wait for 9 days,which for her case it has only been 5 days,she doesn't want to wait.i forgotten how many times i repeated the same thing to her over and over again...i wonder if she's testing my patience.she's obviously in the wrong,still trying to get her way through...damn her.

finally the moment has come,which i expected it to be sooner or later - asking for my name.whatever,repeated my name 'xuan' twice.she asked me to spell it.
and then she said

spelled it out for her as calmly as i could.who knows,she's getting more rude...

hmm.thursday i actually met up with ni to be her eyebrow plucking model.before that we had lunch together at Shaw with her friend michelle.(: oh,and i happen to saw shiyang at Wheelocks too. :o

the eyebrow plucking process was kinda comfortable cuz i think i'm lil immune to the sensation of having an eyebrow plucked already.i just lay on the chair,don't move,don't frown can le.but wendy jiu kelian le.because........working on my frowning eyebrows is a big challenge.that was why no matter how hard she tried,the teacher kept saying its wrong wrong wrong.but i can feel her wu nai lo,felt quite bad cuz it's not her fault for not being able to trim it well,problem was my eyebrow la.furthermore,the teacher always say its wrong yet didn't teach her where to improve on and how to do it correctly lo.so that leads to 一错再错，yet can't figure out 哪里做错.(wow,it rhymes eh :D) hmm.michelle was nice lo.she was around wendy all the while,even when the other girls all crowded over to the other side,she still stayed and share with wendy how she did for the eyebrow.so sweet.(:

ha.went to the newly extended Jurong point this afternoon with the company of ni.& the both of us don't know where to start walking from,cuz the mall is so big you see. :o more new shops & duplicated shops like pepperplus/dano etc & more stalls selling foodddd.teehee,better than causeway point i must admit.

hmm.bought a few items,but only a laopo biscuit for myself.-.- alright,at least i got something to eat.(: there's this newly opened shop which sells lots of cartoon character items,sort of like sanrio.oh man,they sell more keroppi stuffs than sanrio.hee,i'm gonna let kelvy know.;D

just this saturday while answering calls in hub,i was puzzled by this particular call...
normally when we answer a call,we'd hear the other person at the end of the phone talking right? this call was strange,cuz i heard two persons talking to me and answering to my questions.
you might think "probably is another person in the background currently with the person?"
so i asked "can i have your ic number?"
and both started reading their ic number out.(fyi; one was a woman,the other a guy)
wierd enough,the ic numbers read out were completely different and so i couldn't make out which one should i listen to.
well,i tried again by asking "may i know how many people is speaking over there now?"

both replied "one".

for a second i went speechless,trying to think of a solution to settle this situation.
urgh,what the hell...
anyhowly,i just simply said "erm,can u please try calling in again cuz i'm currently hearing two person speaking now"
they did as i requested,before hanging up,i heard the woman said bye,but none from the guy.
and straightaway the next call i answered was the woman.but i don't think the guy did call back in thereafter..

hmm.what a strange encounter sia,two lines getting through at the same point of time.i thought this only happens for phone conferencing? oh,best part was both of them can't hear each other except me...even if for conferencing,we do need to do settings to mute the other party ya?

anyway i'm gonna get the novel from kinokuniya.most probably tomorrow.aww.been waiting for such movies to be up.the storyline is really good.its about the period when Jews were kept in concentration camps in auschwitz by the Nazis.the ending was a sad one,cuz both boys died in the gas chamber,of which one of them was the Nazi commander's son,the other was the Jew boy.

Our company's D & D held on 5th December at Sheraton Hotel. (:
Happy cause all of us attended. ha!

Weird wierd leh. Small small clam already small liao still cut for what. :/ Well, whatever.

woo. Went to work today. 4 days never work le lor, felt like more than that. I was late, but heng boss haven came. hmm. I skipped school today. haha. Woking up like around 1240pm. (: Heavenly~ ha. I'm such a loser. Didn't manage to finish my take-home math test since 2 weeks ago, today was the submission day, so i might as well stay home and do it.

Last night had dinner with dad at coffeeshop from 630pm till a stunning 11pm. A whole 4.5 hours! Talking bout what i disliked to discuss the most. haiz. I was being rude and expression-less throughout. I really don't like to listen to the same thing all over... I've always tried to avoid these, but eventually i still have to sit and listen like last time. Asked me not to think so much, what's past is past, but why, why still bring everything up again.. So hurtful. I can sense a tinge of suspicion from your words. ha. I dislike dislike dislike..very very much. Much as i do hope i can express my views out, i know what i'm gonna say will seem like a 'makes no sense' thing to you, always. I've seen through these.. that's why i don't want to speak out.. I really hope you do understand. Understand me inside out, what i like, what i don't like, how i think... My temper is different from her. Why do you keep saying my temper is similar to hers. You really don't understand me... I'm just like a short-tempered girl who doesn't admit she's wrong all times, argueing every way she can to prove that she's smart and right, selfish and always thinking for herself only, xiao xin yan and forever finding faults in others but not herself... ha. My tomato squeezey which i gotten from blood donation drive last saturday. haha. Went out together with engyi to funan, then to bugis. (: We were looking for the hp laptop adapter in funan, not the original one, but those that functions the same as the original, cuz the original one is too costly! urgh. Very wu nai, the lappy adapter of weihong's that was in our house don't know why out of the blue couldn't get connected to the lappy, that's why we had to buy one to replace it. ): Well, searched for it in South Asia and Challenger but eventually didn't bought one. Nevermind, i bought a hard disk anyway. Western Digital one. hoho. From HARRY POTTER!!! :D heehee. Got me smiling ear to ear. lol.
Walked to bugis after that. Bought 3 clothes. Happy happy happiness. (: First time shop with engyi if i'm not wrong. lol. I feel like he'd always ai mai ai mai when i say i want to shop(hinting him to go with me la). Yesterday a few of us went to Orchard Taka's mooncake fair. The few people are actually that bastard, bastard's gf, slut and bitch. lol. Go figure out who is who.. Hmm. That place was very crowded sia, but not as crowded as last year when i went there thou. Lots of tiny mooncakes to try.. They are really tiny.. Wonder how much time they spent to cut one piece of mooncake into tiny squares. *ponders* ;D Well anyway, we visited quite a few stalls selling durian mooncakes with real durian flesh.. The staff will use a spoon to scoop a teaspoon of durian flesh for people to try. Full teaspoon scoop somemore. Shiok la. Reminds me of the angmokio hub's Fourseasons durian pancake! heh heh.. They ordered 2 boxes of the durian mooncakes from Home's but was only informed by the girl after making payment that the mooncake needs to be kept in the freezer within 4 hours time. -.- We were like "huh?" ji tao sian. So we waited till 5pm then collect it since 4 hours from 5pm would be 9pm, they should reach home by then. Sia la, 5pm already, another girl told us the new batch just arrived, but needs to be kept in freezer within 2 hours. wtf.. Means the previous batch she didn't reserve la! She machiam cheater sia.. tsktsk. In the end they went back office empty-handed lo. Have to make the trip down for collection after work. :/ heehee. On the way back, 3 of us got a paper bag each from a paperbag boy. So funny.. Put over head de.. I like. lol. By the way, it's actually for advertising durex products de. Printed on the paperbag: "Buying adult toys doesn't have to be embarressing". So creative yo. ;D

Continuing yesterday's entry.. The other half of the day on 10 sept. lol.
I napped when i reached home all the way till 730pm. shiok dao. ;D
Impromptu meet up for a movie with wendy and wilson. haha. So wilson, wendy, john, lipseng and me caught this movie at 920pm at causeway point. (:

BANGKOK DANGEROUS.

Nicolas cage was the male lead. The movie was quite nice. Action packed. But abit draggy? The thai girls in there were very chio. lol. I learnt something from the movie thou. "yiet ma" - fuck your mother. haha. Others that i find interesting was.... the rules that was mentioned several times in the movie. Rule 1: don't ask too many questions. Others i forgot already. hee. Anyway i'm not being picky, but i think nicolas cage's hair was not very pleasant looking in the movie.. He could have been more handsome looking you know. (:

The movie ended at 11pm. Went 511 coffeeshop with john and lipseng. (: Chit chatted while they had their supper. haha. Felt so relaxing, i like. ^^ Been like months since i last saw john. I skipped my math lesson on wednesday as mentioned before le. (: Still i woke up early early at 6:10am (my didi woke me up cuz i overslept xp). Set off in my dad's cab. heehee. Dropped my didi down at his school on the way. Was supposed to reach there at 8am one, but we early birds so was there like around 740am, the fourth to be there. lol. (x
The sky there was bluey and cottony, i like. ^^

Took shuttlebus to the ferry point, then ferry over to tekong. (: Napped for a wee 5 minutes on the ferry, haha. Believe or not, i even had a dream within that 5 minutes of nap. haa. :o

This wednesday will be kor's POP, like so fast like that hor.. But actually it has been around 12 weeks(?) since his enlistment already lor. Anyway, i'm attending his POP! Which means i'm gonna skip wednesday's lesson and work lor. Luckily wednesday don't have IBM lecture, only Math1 lecture. I msged kelvy and told her i can't go school on wednesday cuz i'm going my kor's pop. Sweet enough, she straightaway msged me back that she'll let me copy her maths notes for that day. Awww. I feel so touched~ >.< I don't know whether it's wise for me to skip a day's school or not la, but i already missed kor's first day enlistment liao so this time i die die also tell myself i must go for his pop. The lecturer is abnormal, if i were to submit a not-up-to-his-standard assignment, i'd most probably get criticised until don't-know-like-what la. His criticism is damn sarcastic de! urgh. The assignment he gave was to be due on 20something september. That assignment I haven read through lor, part of me was trying to avoid it though. The thought of writing few pages of theories for one question was enough to piss me off. >o< dot dot dot.........

Nuff. Everytime there's something which stresses me out, it'll so happen that i've other things to cheer me on too! pwahaha! And that thing was...........

heh. Had Principles of Sociology lesson today. Ting was in the same lecture as me! heehee. How niceee. (; ha. I sat far back and to the most right during lecture, with kelvy on my left. shiok. I love to be alone with only kelvy beside me instead of being "sandwiched". heehee. Anti-social? Kinda leh. lol.
Our lecturer wanted us to turn around and interact with our classmates sia, kelvy and i ji tao sian~ haha. Both of us just laughed to each other as we watched others busy interacting with one another, we simply couldn't be bothered la. xD
Then i felt a tap on my shoulder lor. I turned around and a guy asked me what's my name. I repeated 'xuan' several times but he still couldn't pronounce it. paiseh sia, that's why i hate introduction la! Anyway he also introduced himself with his hands stretched out towards me. I was thinking, was i supposed to shake it? do i need to?
Anyhowly, i just shaked la. To be more specific, i just touched his palm lor. eww. I felt... strange. He wasn't bad looking at all. He's got nice hair and big eyes. Good. So his name was Benjamin. lalala.
In front of my row, 3 seats to the left, the guy was cute. lol. He's got watery eyes and shy cute face. hoho. He did turned to our row and interacted with my friend syaz. ha. When it comes to lectures, i tend to fall asleep, it's normal to me. Not to say 3 hours lectures! However, from the first day of lecture in SIM till now, i didn't fell asleep lor (only for a few minutes today when lecturer was introducing himself la, not counted). I was kept busied copying notes and trying to figure out what the lecturer was teaching. Instead of numbers, I'm taught more alphabets. X, Y, P, Q, blah blah... formulas! Head spinning la. hurhur.

Today i'm especially worn out. Overslept don't say, i dozed off on the train, on the bus.. god arr. Math1 lecturer was an indian woman. We're learning indices, logarithms.. which we learnt before in secondary school la. She teach so fast can. Happily going through the workings at her own pace, while i'm dying to keep up with her. hurhur. ):

Business management lesson was taught by an indian man. Abit weird la him, but he can crack alot of jokes. haha. He's a very nice lecturer i think. Cuz he provided us with hell lots of notes. Seriously ALOT. The most notes given amongst the 4 lecturers. Shocking hell when i saw the 3 stacks of notes given to me. The height of the pile was like about 15cm leh. wa lao. Struggle sia. Finally back home, i took a nap. hee. 6pm straight to 10pm. Heavenly~ ;D

I'm......... a lonely girl. haha. I'm always feeling so lonely. Though i don't know why la. I'm always laughing.. but i feel so empty inside. ha. Sometimes i feel sad for myself. haha.

Yesterday was a hectic day of work at hub. Damn it crowded with lots of customers along the corridor. Scary scary. Non-stop phonecalls coming in throughout the day.

Chaos everywhere on the 6th floor.

There's so much customers who came down since morning that it actually hits the Q number of 1000 over like just around 1+pm to 2pm? And those with Q numbers over 1100 are unable to collect their 2133 mini from us. Thus the crowd almost went crazy when they heard the announcement that the 2133 mini is out of stock already lor.

The only 2 alternatives we can provide them was to either arrange for free home delivery or to come on the 11th august for another collection. However these weren't good enough to appease them, but we don't any other choice either since the stocks were already out.

Scoldings came pouring at our poor counter staffs the whole day.
Not to say, through calls customers also scolded us why this and why that happened.

Terrible.

Almost went speechless doing the explainations. I felt so guilty. Cause some of the customers we actually ensured them they would be able to do their collection if they came down but who would have expected such an overwhelming crowd to turn up within such a short time in a day!

Hub was so packed with customers with grumbles of anger in the air.

The other customers who can't get their way into hub just stood outside hub and became 'corridor hoggers'. It's so squeezy that without pushing, you most probably wouldn't be able to go through the crowd. I tried saying 'excuse me' several times for the people to give way to me yet my 'excuse mes' fell on deaf ears!!! What the eff. How frustrating was that! I raised my tone 'EXCUSE ME!' also no use.

Sibeh sibeh sian.

Seems like they don't have any manners afterall, so i don't have a need to practice manners towards them then. I jollywell just push whoever is blocking me lor. I realise i should have done that earlier. tsk.

Some customers were snapping away pictures of our signboard, i guess to post it somewhere like stomp liao lor. Nevermind, reporters also came by at 7+ pm to view the situation.

From the morning, we busied till 10+pm then finally the crowd is cleared. Thick stacks of reports to type. Good exercise for my plump fingers har. haha.

As expected, this chaotic day appeared on thenewspaper this morning in one of the pages. What made me felt unfair was, the article was written all based on the pov of the customers, it didn't even mention how the customers behaved in the hub such that they were all standing right at the counter even though it wasn't even their turn.

How do they expect our counter staffs to be able to proceed with their work smoothly when the customers just kept bombarding them with nasty words and staring at them all the time?

Damn effing stressed up can. One of the customers even commented that our staff didn't serve according to Q number, any customer who forced their way to the counter, the staff would just serve them. LOL.

Joker.

With all the angry stares and scoldings all around, how would it be possible that our staff would do that? Not unless he/she is daring enough to do that, ignoring those fuming customers present? hmm.

I learnt that one really can't think properly when they are angry, maybe that's why words coming out from the mouth is also not logical anyway.

tsk. Our peaceful saturday was spoilt by one bloody fucker customer awhile ago. Terrible. Making a din with our staff saying we didn't answer the phone. What's exaggerating was... He actually add on to say that when the call was finally being picked up, it was hung up again!!!
What the eff sia. We will only either pick up, don't pick up or put on hold. But definitely not pick up and then hung on them! *shrugs. Such a sickening customer. What's the use of printing the date of collection on the letter when they don't even want to follow the date to come down for collection? Furthermore, they have the cheek to argue with us refusing to regard the date of collection printed in black and white as their date of collection. haha. Poor people. Deluding themselves. Typical singaporeans. Though i'm singaporean also, for sure i won't behave the way they do. *sumpahhh. So what if customers are always right? It differs for different situations lor. So by using this line of 'customers are always right', one can go ahead insisting their way to everything? Like what customers always scold us - This is totally crap. Who would want to be in customer service line then???

If there's only success in life, how would we learn from our mistakes?
Sometimes when life gets rockery, we need determination and motivation to keep going.
Most of the time, i lacked of determination, while motivation i'm still in search for it.
Be it silly or be it stupid, i have my own way of getting over things. The easiest way out by forgetting never works for me. No matter how much effort i put in to occupy time, to shun those memories, i never once succeed.
Perhaps cause i didn't work hard enough. Or can i just say all these doesn't mean anything to you. Thus easier to shrug off and get over with it?
Crying over spilled milk doesn't help.
But no, crying does help.
For at the very least, it allows us to release the sadness emotion within us.
